An important business change took place Monday when Herbert Kottke sold his grocery and market, known as "Herb's Market," 11 S. Broadway, to Judson Waite of New Haven. The deal was consummated by Floyd Kent, Pontiac.

Mr. Waite is an experienced hand at this business having owned and operated the New Haven Store, which he recently sold, for eighteen years. He is adding a new stock of mercandise and plans to open next week.

Mr. and Mrs Waite are both former Lake Orionites. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Waite and she the daughter of Mr. Lester Perry. They have a son, Ronald Lee, 13 years old, and have rented the home of the late Pearl Hovey.
