The Kalamazoo Spring & Axel Company has begun suit in th ecircuit court against the Pontiac Buggy Company and the Dunlap Vehicle Company for $5,000 damages. The plaintiff company alleges that the two Pontiac carriage factories entered into a contract with it, but did not fullfill the terms of the agreement and further did not purchase its goods.
