William P. Huntoon

William P. Huntoon, lifetime resident of Oakland county and a Pontiac business man for 25 years, died at noon on Wednesday (undated) at the family residence at 355 Mt Clemens St. --- born in Waterford township, Dec. 23, 1854, --- son of Philetus and Emily Catherine Huntoon, Oakland county pioneer residents. The widow, Della Hoyt Huntoon survives --- they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary two years ago.   Surviving children include Orrin Huntoon, Pontiac funeral director, Mrs. Percy King of Waterford, Mrs. George W. Hall of Honor and Mrs. Herbert Corvillion of Royal Oak. Also surviving are five grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Ralph Evans of Linden, and a brother, Charles E. Huntoon of Kansas City, Mo. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
